Phases

Discover how Kiwi Swap is shaping the future of decentralized trading with innovative milestones and transformative goals.

📍 KiwiSwap Roadmap: Evolution in Phases

Phase 1 — November 2025

Privacy Mixer Public Beta → Full Launch

Overview

This phase marks the debut of KiwiSwap’s Privacy Mixer, a next-generation cross-chain privacy engine designed to break the current limitations of mixers and private trading systems. With zk-powered anonymity, advanced routing obfuscation, and seamless multi-chain handling, the Kiwi Privacy Mixer ensures that users can transact without their on-chain identity being traced — even during complex, high-value trades.

Key Milestones

Milestone
Description

Public Beta Testing

Controlled access release, gathering user performance data, stress testing throughput, network anonymity set expansion, and adaptive fee curve tuning.

Security & Privacy Auditing

Independent code audits, adversarial network testing, zk-circuit integrity verification, and mixer anonymity set validation.

Full Public Launch

Stable, fully decentralized, revenue-enabled Privacy Mixer rollout across supported chains with scalable anonymity pools.

Why It Matters

Most existing mixers rely on outdated anonymity models, rely on centralized servers, or provide easily deanonymized transaction patterns. The Kiwi Privacy Mixer introduces:

  • Fully Private Cross-Chain Transactions

  • Zero-Knowledge Proof Settlement

  • Pattern-Obfuscation Routing

  • Revenue Yield to KIWI Ecosystem

Result: A privacy layer that outperforms every competitor in the market and becomes a sustainable revenue engine for the KiwiSwap ecosystem.

Phase 2 — December 2025

Privacy Mixer Power-Up: Advanced Features & Utility Layer

After the core mixer stabilizes publicly, KiwiSwap begins expanding its privacy feature suite.

Upcoming Enhancements

Feature
Utility

Private Disperse / Batch Sending

Send funds to multiple recipients in a single private batch, without compromising sender traceability.

Monero Integration

An option for users to choose if they'd like their transactions routed through Monero.

Stealth Wallet Integration

Receive assets privately into one-time stealth addresses derived from your main wallet.

UI/UX

And more cool UI / UX tweaks and additions

Outcome

Users gain more ways to move, more ways to transact, and zero traceability as before, even during multi-account or team operations. And more fun to use:)

Privacy becomes not just a feature — but the foundation for everything built after.

Phase 3 — January to February 2026

P2P Swap Release — Universal P2P Liquidity Layer + Fallback Execution System

Buy and sell any token with zero slippage, zero price impact, zero tax effects, and cross-chain support.

Overview

KiwiSwap introduces a peer-to-peer liquidity layer that sits on top of existing DEX and AMM infrastructure. This allows users to trade any token directly with other users — using signed intent orders — instead of relying solely on Uniswap-style liquidity pools.

Key Advantages

Feature
Benefit

Zero Slippage

Trades match directly at agreed price.

No Tax / Fee Impact

Tokens never move through AMM pools, so token taxes do not trigger.

Zero Price Impact

No pool imbalance = no price movement on execution.

Supports Any Token

If it exists on-chain, it can be traded peer-to-peer instantly.

Cross-Chain Compatibility

Orders can match across chains via Kiwi’s routing layer.

Gasless Signing

Orders are signed off-chain; gas is only paid when filled.

How It Works

Instead of interacting with liquidity pools, users sign an Intent Order:

"I want to trade Token A → Token B at Price X"

This order is:

  • Signed off-chain (no gas)

  • Broadcast to the Kiwi P2P Order Network

  • Matched instantly if a direct counterparty exists

Execution Priority Flow

P2P is always checked first. If a match is available → instant fill.

1. User submits trade (market or limit)

2. Kiwi checks P2P match:
     - Direct match → Execute instantly (no slippage / no tax / no impact)

3. If no direct match → Kiwi checks open P2P Order Book:
     - If user allows waiting → Hold/order remains available for up to X minutes
     - If no waiting allowed → continue

4. If no P2P source exists → Route optimally to DEX/AMM/Aggregator.

Instant Execution vs Optional Wait Window

Mode
Description
Use Case

Instant Execution (default)

Trade is matched if counterpart is available immediately.

Fast swaps / active trading

Wait for Up To X Minutes (optional)

User sets a time window to wait for best match.

OTC-style price seeking

Limit Orders

Because orders are signed off-chain, limit orders cost zero gas to set.

User sets:
⦿ Token to sell
⦿ Token to receive
⦿ Minimum price
⦿ Optional wait-time (0 = instant only)

The order:

  • Exists in the P2P orderbook

  • Executes automatically when a match appears

  • No gas is spent until the moment of execution

Universal Token Support

Any token on Uniswap / PancakeSwap / Base / Arbitrum / Polygon / etc. is automatically tradable.

  • No token approvals required from project teams

  • No manual listings

  • No whitelists

  • If it’s on-chain → it’s tradable on Kiwi P2P

Cross-Chain Matching

Kiwi’s routing layer supports cross-chain swaps as long as:

  • Both tokens exist on chains Kiwi supports

  • Settlement can be executed via existing bridge rails

(More technical detail appears in the Cross-Chain Routing chapter.)

Phase 4 — Ongoing (March 2026 → Forward)

Kiwi Terminal Expansion + High-Speed Telegram Sniper Bot

Now that privacy and trade continuity are established, Kiwi enters its main growth era — building the complete trading terminal for ETH.

What Comes Next

Feature
Status

Full Trading Terminal UI Suite

Built from scratch by our AAA+ engineering team, iteratively released.

Advanced Execution Tools

Smart routing, intent markets, automation, perps integration and SO MUCH MORE.

Telegram Trading Bot

Ultra-light execution engine, faster sniper entry, MEV protection, multi-wallet orchestration.

Continuous Feature Evolution

A terminal surpassing Axiom, Padre, and many other solana terminals. All available for ETH first, then later expanding to all chains.

Vision

A never-ending, ever-improving trading terminal — Private. Fast. Intelligent. Cross-chain. Designed for pro traders, but accessible to everyone.

Apex L3

Kiwi is evolving from a trading front-end + routing layer into a full execution environment with optimized settlement and intent orchestration.

Next Stage: Apex Network (Layer 3)

Apex introduces:

  • High-frequency intent settlement

  • MEV-resistant matching

  • Native cross-chain execution

  • Faster block times and lower gas for intense trading environments

Apex is not part of the execution fallback path. It is the future execution layer that will replace external DEX routing entirely and purposely built for Kiwi to scale faster in all fronts.

Closing Statement

KiwiSwap evolves from Privacy → Reliability → Terminal Systemization.

Not just a DEX. Not just an aggregator. Not just a bot.

A complete trading infrastructure layer for Ethereum.

DISCLAIMER: This roadmap represents Kiwi’s current vision and expected development phases, but it is a forward-looking guide, not a promise or guarantee of delivery. Timelines, features, and implementations may evolve based on technical requirements, testing, or development needs. We prioritize quality, security, and resilience over speed, and this roadmap serves to illustrate the direction and ambition of the project. Our mission remains to build the most advanced, seamless, and trustless trading terminal in DeFi.
